Our youth football training program is designed specifically for students in grades 3–5.
Each program runs for 14 weeks, hosted once a week at participating schools.
We work with select schools within the district. Each 14-week cycle will serve a different set of schools — Fall (before winter break) and Spring (after winter break). Click to join PSA to see which schools we are coming to this year.
Each session lasts 60 minutes, including warm-ups, footwork, skill drills, team competition, and values-based development time.
Although we do understand that things happen. PSA does have a late pickup policy.
Late Pickup Policy
Our program ends promptly at 4 PM. We ask that all children are picked up within 15 minutes of dismissal. A late fee of $1 per minute will apply after this grace period.
Consistent late pickups may result in removal from the program. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to your child’s development.
Yes! Our program is open to both boys and girls. Every session combines fun activities with real football skill training, so kids stay excited while learning the game the right way. With a focus on fundamentals, discipline, and teamwork, players build confidence and improve each week. We keep groups to a maximum of 15 students to make sure every child gets the attention they need to grow and have fun.
Athletic clothing, tennis shoes and cleats (preferred but optional), football gloves (optional), a labeled water bottle (water will also be provided), and a positive attitude!
We understand that things happen. While sessions are non-refundable, we aim to keep every player up to speed through weekly instruction and progress tracking.
No. Our program is non-contact—there’s no tackling or necessary equipment like helmets or pads. Some drills may involve limited, controlled physical engagement (e.g., hand placement or bag work), but safety and control are always our priority.
If your athlete is not enrolled in their school’s after-school program, you will need to pick them up at the end of our session. However, if your athelte is already part of their school’s after-school program, they will be escorted back to that program once our session ends.
